送纸部：

 链条送纸。

 送纸轮间隙通过涡轮箱手动调整，调整范围0-11mm。

 机组移动伴随警铃提示，保证工作人员安全。

 主面板上装有急停控制按钮。

Feeding Unit

 Chain feeder.

 The clearance of feeding roller is regulated by hand and the scope is 0-11mm.

 Each unit separation and incorporation is motorized. When the machine is separating or incorporating, an alarm bells to make operators safety.

 Automatic counter for controlling output.

 Emergency switch on the main controlling panel.

 印刷辊：采用优质钢材，表面经研磨，镀硬铬。

 快速换版装置，可360度调整。

 设有脚踏开关（可正反转），方便装卸印版。

 送纸轮，压印辊间隙手动调整，刻度盘显示。

 橡胶辊：选用优质钢材，表面覆盖进口优质耐磨橡胶。

 印刷部相位电动行星轮调整，刻度盘显示调整量。

 印刷辊横向手动调整距离20mm。

Printing Unit

 Printing roller: The roller is made of thick steel board and its surface is plated hard chromium after it is grinded.

 Quick hanging forme device. And 360 degree adjustment.

 A switch regulated by feet makes the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load and unload the forme. 

 Adjusting clearances of feeding wheels and impressing roller manually and dial displays. 

 Rubber roller: Adopting high quality steel pipe and is covered by imported anti-abrasion rubber.

 Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and dial displays. 

 Manual transversal adjustment of the printing roller covers 20mm.

Ⅰ型开槽部（电动开槽部）：

 开槽相位360度，电动行星轮调整。

 开槽后刀360度，电动行星轮调整。

 电动联动调整纸箱开槽间距和压痕间距。

 选用优质7mm厚开槽刀，锯齿形刀刃，保证使用寿命和开槽质量。
